This role demands specialized expertise in MEP systems, meticulous attention to detail, and effective project coordination skills to ensure the successful implementation of complex data center infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems within Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and technical teams to provide MEP insights during project planning, design, and execution phases.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of MEP drawings, specifications, and documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and design intent.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineering teams to guarantee the seamless integration of MEP systems with other project components.
• Monitor project progress and quality assurance, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and industry regulations throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, project diaries, and as-built drawings for comprehensive project records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is advantageous.
• Proven track record as a Site Engineer with a specialization in MEP systems minimum 3 (three) years, particularly within Data Center projects.
• In-depth understanding of MEP design principles, installation practices, and infrastructure requirements for Data Center environments.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools used for MEP design, simulation, and project management.
• Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems in Data Center projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills Communication skills, Detail-oriented mindset, Leadership quality
• Certifications such as Professional Engineer (SKA muda or Madya) or other relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
