Lowongan INDIRECT / DIRECT PARTS PURCHASING JR. SUPERVISOR di PT Autoliv Indonesia

1.  Position Objective:

• In compliance with company standard policies and procedures concerning direct/indirect material sourcing activities to ensure best cost performance of direct material.
• In compliance with company standard policies and procedure to process new projects launched and new components sourced on time

2.  Responsibilities :

• Responsible for indirect parts/service purchase to support customer/company requirement
• Responsible to deliver material purchase saving which include activities of :

a.  Commercial Saving

b.  Price Negotiation

c.  Resourcing

d.  Localization of supplier in Indonesia

-  Maintain and update Vendor List

-  Tooling management

-  Indirect / Direct Part Price Management (Project Stage and Mass Production Stage)

-    Indirect / Direct Part Supply Management (Project Stage and Mass Production Stage)

-    Supplier Relationship Management

-    Work as a team to solve any issue related with supplier performance (global purchasing and Internal)

3.     Requirement :

• Min. 5 year experience as Purchasing (preferable from automotive company)
• Understand the concept of Indirect and Direct Purchasing
• Able to read Drawing
• Understand about Metal Stamping Parts, Plastic Injection Parts, and Electronic Parts Manufacturing
• Have experience in “New Project Parts Development” in Indonesia
• Excellent in Cost Control and Price Negotiation
• Understand about Lean Process and JIT Process
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering
• Strong Analytical and Reporting Data
• Good Command in English
