Basic Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth operation of the Weighbridge. Responsible for ensuring that all legal manifest and regulations are met.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming load, ensuring compliance with license and permitted types.
• Accurately record weights & waste type by vehicle, completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures etc.
• Process delivery notes and tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Report any anomalies/errors to the weighbridge system to the appropriate people immediately.
• Ensure that vehicles have the necessary paperwork for forward movements from the site to destination.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
• Accurate data entry skill.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationship with all parties
