We are solely involved in the marketing and sales of agricultural farm machinery in Indonesia holding reputable product agencies include LANDINI, YANMAR, ERREPPI, LS and a range of other ancillary implements.

We are seeking immediately to hire experienced Human Resources & General Affairs Officer based in Jakarta with the following qualifications and experiences.

Responsibilities :

·        Responsible for recruitment and selection.

·        To monitor the staff turnover, employee performance management, staff leave, attendance, job description.

·        To prepare & issue all the letter of staff movement (appointment, confirmation, transfer, resignation, termination).

·        Review the HR policies & procedure, make amendment if necessary.

·        To attend and solve staff HR queries/issues.

·        To monitor office & vehicle insurance (renewal, claim).

·        To monitor vehicle mileage and fuel consumed.

·        To monitor the lease of branch offices and the renewal.

·        To monitor utilities expenses for all branches.

·        Task related to general affairs matters.

·        Any other ad-hoc task assigned.

Requirements :

·        Minimum Diploma with 5 years of HR related working experience

·        Good communication skills & interpersonal skills

·        Computer literate and familiar with local employment law

·        Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia

·        Maximum 30 years old
