Job Description;

• Create content planning and digital content research.
• Develop an innovative social media strategy through trend research and social media insights.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, improving customer engagement, and execute monthly campaigns with marketing and creative team to attain monthly targets and objectives.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging research trends in social media.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media strategy for optimal results.
• Maintain and engage with audiences and comment posts to increase engagement rate and insights.
• Generate a compelling copywriting on each contents.
• Willing and able to learn about digital marketing channels (Whatsapp + E-mail Newsletter). 
• Have general knowledge about TikTok and TikTok live stream.
• Able to organize production for content photoshoot.
• Weekly and monthly report (what we’ve done and what can be improved)

Requirement ;

• Bachelor degree, 1 year experience in related field (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Have experience and have knowledge about social media 
• A self starter, able to independently produce contents and use photo-editing / video editing apps
• Knowledgeable about latest Fashion trends in the Indonesian social media landscape 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Have a good communication skill
• Must be confident in front of camera and creative
