Job Description

1. Develops and manages Huawei Cloud consulting, sales, service, and solution partners, including achieving market, sales, cooperation, and brand goals, and building a cloud ecosystem featuring technical coexistence and business win-win.
2. Develops the development strategy and business plan for Huawei Cloud Partners in Indonesia based on company’s overall policies, and builds and continuously optimizes the cloud ecosystem partner system and business model.
3. Develops policies and processes for partners on Huawei Cloud in Indonesia, manages the entire lifecycle of partners, releases, implements, and monitors policies.
4. Sort out the industry/region ecosystem map, identify mainstream partners in the industry, and develop and implement cooperation with mainstream partners in the industry/region.
5. Develop industry solution partners and horizontal SaaS partners, assist technical partners in hatching solutions, launching the cloud market, and business closure.
6. Take charge of Huawei Cloud digital operation, build and output cloud ecosystem sales operations, and customer operation capabilities, improve the expansion and installed base operation capabilities of a large number of medium and long-term customers, and build a sustainable and stable cloud service chassis.
7. Develops, cultivates, motivates, supports, and cooperates with Huawei Cloud Ecosystem partners, and manages marker order to achieve efficient and healthy development of the cloud ecosystem partner system.
8. Implements the Huawei Cloud ecosystem talent development strategy, builds and operates online and offline training and enablement platforms, assists in the construction of professional and professional certification systems, and comprehensively builds a cloud ecosystem talent cultivation system.

Candidate Requirement

1.  Professional knowledge : deep knowledge of Cloud Product, IT , Channel management
2.  Professional skills: Presentation, negotiation, project management.
3. Minimum Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors.
4. Experience 5 years or more working in ICT Industry, Cloud is preferable.
