Lowongan Assistant Project Manager (MLP) di PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the MLP Project Manager in delivering assigned MLP projects.
• Establish a leadership role within the project team and provide assistance in direct client management, as well as leading client meetings on behalf of Cladtek for MLP projects.
• Support the PM, taking responsibility for project outcomes, which include timely delivery, quality, safety, and budgeting.
• Lead, manage, and supervise project team members assigned to you, ensuring the safe delivery of profitable projects on time, within budget, while exceeding customer expectations and achieving repeat business targets.
• Manage one or more projects as designated.
• Implement a systematic, standardized, and professional approach to project management across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Project Engineer.
• Fluent in/understanding of organization-related tools and processes.
• Fluent in business English communication, both written and spoken.
• Understanding and ability to operate digital applications.
• Comprehension of business principles.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Emphasis on quality and safety.
• Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in budget management and devising solutions to meet budgetary limitations.
