Lowongan Regulatory Affairs di PT Inovasi Teknologi Untung Berkah

• Ensure products meet all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Do the product registration to BPOM and BPJPH (halal) (cosmetic, supplement, traditional medicine, food) & prepare the documents needed.
• Responsible for preparing product information documents (DIP) for new products.
• Stay updated on regulations, laws, and guidelines related to the product.
• Provide guidance and advice to management and other departments regarding product design, development, evaluation, or marketing.
• Serve as the primary contact point for regulatory authorities and maintain good relationships with them. Respond to any queries or requests for information from regulatory agencies.
• Apothecary program with active STR and SIPA

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in handling regulatory for 3 years
• Experienced and have in-depth knowledge in regulatory compliance & regulatory system (BPOM and halal certification)
• Preferably has experience in preparing reports requested by Government Agency
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and administrative skills
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
• Willing to mobile for doing all regulatory needed
