Responsibilities:

-       Update the list of new bills in detail per day from pulling accounting system data into the dashboard.

-       Update estimated payment dates on the dashboard according to confirmation replies and customer follow-up.

-       Follow up and reconcile payments from customers on the dashboard every day.

-       Send collection and follow-up emails to customers whose bills are or will soon be due to find out the customer's payment schedule, especially if arrears have occurred.

-       Update and follow up on the status of problematic bills.

-       Checking the customer portal and carrying out follow-up through the portal if necessary.

-       Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors that support Finance and Accounting activities..

Qualifications:

-       Bachelor Degree from Finance / Accounting.

-       Preferably having 1 year of working experience in the related field.

-       Understand and be able to use accounting software.

-       Analytic skills and attention to detail.

-       Honest, proactive, tidy and polite.

-       Ready to work full time at Yogyakarta.
