Main Job Responsibility

• Oversee and coordinate with all department, for distribution and operations
• Develop and implement strategies for improving and efficiency and cost savings
• Monitor inventory levels, and adjust ordering and storage accordingly
• Be able to calculate warehouse capacity and place goods according to the type
• Track order fulfillment ( PP-PR-PO-Received ) and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Understanding warehouse management and inventory system (SAP)
• Storing, marking and labelling inventory in accessible manner
• Monitor dispatch of purchased goods to the designed warehouse and liaise with warehouse counterpart to validate receipt of goods
• Supervise and monitor critical spares requirement and monitor material movement in individual warehouse
• Create report (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Regular stock take check process
• Organize & Supervise team's daily work schedule and create roster schedule (2 shift)

Knowledge and skills

• Warehouse management system
• Detail oriented
• Strong implementation SOP
• 28-35 Years
• 8-10 Years experience on steel & mining contractor, 5 years of mining company
