Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Achieve Best Standard of Machinery and equipment.

• Set maintenance schedule and follow the schedule.
• Refer to machine manufacturing for the maintenance.
• Develop new part/material to get better quality or life time.
• Monitor machinery and analyse machinery breakdown.

2.    Achieve high standard of utility

• Set maintenance schedule of utility and follow the schedule
• Assign qualified people for maintenance
• Conduct audit regularly.
• Review audit result and take action

3.    Achieve Best Standard electrical / electronic equipment

• Follow maintenance schedule
• Assign qualified worker
• Monitor effectiveness of the workers
• Periodic audit of the equipment

4.    Actively Involve on Establishment of Safe Working Method

• Member of safety committee
• Conduct regular audit
• Conduct regular training for engineering team.
• Implement best safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or a related field.
• Proven experience working with electrical and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and automation systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
