Job Description:

The candidate will manage relationship with existing clients and at the same time searching for opportunities with new clients. The candidate will supervise consultants posted in the stores and make sure the stores showcase Sealy as the most premium mattress brand in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train sales consultants on product knowledge and selling.
• Manage floor display mattresses including its accessories and promotion tools so as to showcase Sealy as a premium mattress brand in the store.
• Manage and execute sales campaigns across stores.
• Monitor and analyze walk-in traffic of stores.
• Measure and report on the performance of each store including the performance of the consultants.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administration, customer service, delivery, and digital marketing executives.

Qualifications:

• University degree from a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales selling premium retail products like high-end mattresses, furniture, cars, watches & jewelry, electronics, etc. 
• Strong understanding of retail industry.
• Honest, hard-working, ambitious, creative.
• Own motor cycle or car with SIM C/SIM A.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
