*Responsibilities :

1. Manage IG & TikTok accounts. Responsible for all IG/TikTok initiatives (live streaming, IG/TikTok operation and content creation).
2. Evaluate the performance of content created and growth of account, including but not limited to, number of likes, followers, comments 
3. Identify the latest social media trends and implement these into a content strategy to attract views, engage with the audience and eventually to support sales goals.
4. Leverage and optimize various kinds of user growth tools and incentives to drive user acquisition and engagement, for instance: promotion, flash sale, vouchers, ads
5. Work along with the sales and marketing team to measure, review, and report back regularly on marketing activities and results to key stakeholders.

*Requirements

• Have minimum 1 year of experience in being a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and live streaming projects on e-commerce platforms especially IG & TikTok.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media, influencers, e-commerce, live streaming, and digital trends.
• Experience in creating strong and engaging content on Instagram and TikTok with proven results such as FYP and high number of likes/followers.
• Up-to-date with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
• Required soft skills: time-management, content writing, communication (verbal and writing) skills.
