Lowongan HSE Training Officer di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with management to gain knowledge of work situation requiring training for employees.
• Create, develop and present safety-training programs as assigned to include specialized, recertification, new hire orientation and procedural sessions.
• Ensure all training records are well documented and properly filed.
• Organize training programs including the date, time, location and duration of training events. Retrain employees when industry or company best practices are updated.
• Research and understanding of new training programs and materials.
• Maintain organized training records for new and existing employees and ensure they are updated as required.
• Filling and sorting of all documentation related to safety training.
• Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme as well as established company HSE procedure.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma degree in any major, preferably occupational safety & health or public health.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in HSE and 1 year- experience in HSE training practice.
• Active in English both verbal and written.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
