Under the supervision of the winemaker, primary tasks will be:

• Applying and enforcing work instructions to production team during the global process of winemaking.
• Being able to analyze and controlling the products in our laboratory when it is required.
• Recording and reporting production steps data.
• Applying and controlling the respect of the defined good winemaking practices and hygiene rules.
• Showing true interest and motivation to learn about wine.
• Good English is required.
