Requirements :  

• Maximum 27 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Must have experience minimum 2 years as General Affair (GA).
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt).
• Responsible, disciplined, conscientious, helpful, responsive, proactive-takes the initiative for sudden changes in situations.
• Have good negotiation skills with 3rd parties (suppliers/vendors).
• Able to communicate and work in a team well.

Job Description :             

• Coordinate with parties outside the company
• Establish communication with all Divisions that require services from GA
• Help ensure the safety and cleanliness of the company area
• Help ensure all company facilities can function properly by managing and maintaining all company assets
• Conduct search and purchase of goods according to company needs
• Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects
• Handle the process of procurement and distribution of ATK and NON-ATK
• Create budget and payment reports
• Perform document archiving
• Responsible for procurement, data collection, and maintenance of Company assets.
• Responsible for preparing periodic reports related to the Company's operational facilities.
• Responsible for the administration of employee goods requests
• Responsible for the administration, transfer and transfer of Company assets.
