Lowongan IT ENGINEER (Senior) di PT Duta Solusi Prima

Responsibilities :

• Perform system installation (hardware and software).
• Take ownership of support issues and be proactive when dealing with customer issues
• Perform root-cause analysis on customer issues to ensure that customer support issues are dealt with in a timely manner and in-line with expectations for any project/support work that rely on it
• Work closely with Principal Level-2 Support
• The role requires large amounts of customer interaction, hence the ability to work and communicate effectively is vital
• Will be based in Jakana office , do not mind to travel if required
• Willing to work at customer site if required
• Emergency support for critical issues

Requirements :

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum D3 Engineering/Technical in Information Technology / Computer / Electronic major
• Minimum 3 (three) year Working Experience.
• Familiar with Linux, Windows, UNIX
• Deep understanding in IT Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP) and IT Security such as LTM, APM, BIG-AP, NGFW
• Familiar with IT Networking Security product like Cisco, F5, Citrix, Fortinet, Palo Alto; is advantage
• Able to learn and adaptable to new technology
• Working experiences as a post-sales are added advantage
• Motivated, independent and able to build and maintain good relationship with customer
• Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel across Indonesia if needed
• Customer oriented
• Able to Operate MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project
