Lowongan HR Supervisor (Japanese Speaker) di PT Toyota Tsusho Indonesia

1. To provide support in preparing working permit arrangement in accordance with government regulation
2. Hiring new employees based on company requirements                     
3. Conduct job analysis for hiring publications                           
4. Conduct administration, test and interview for recruitment purpose                        
5. Collaborate with GA Dept. to manage and providing employee's administration                           
6. Support secretarial job for PD (meeting scheduling and etc.)

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree
2. Fluent Japanese language (N2 level / N3 level with good communication ability)
3. Experienced Minimum 2 years to handle secretarial job and/or working permit arrangement
4. Experience in recruitment to staff level
5. Business level English (good in communication both written and speaking)
6. Interest & passionate in HR related field
7. Computer knowledge (Ms. Office, Outlook)
8. Experience in using SAP will be an advantage
