Job purpose:

Responsible for developing proposals and coordinating the requirement of clients regarding MICE in Indonesia. To manage services for confirmed MICE groups and ensure smooth running of the operation on site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare proposals which meet customers’ requirements and their budget while maximizing the company’s profit margin and follow up to convert proposals to confirmed businesses
• Plan and manage confirmed proposals by coordinating and negotiating with suppliers within the budget without compromising the quality of products
• Manage and coordinate on-site service delivery and logistics with all business partners including guides and suppliers when events are operated as well as manage to ensure that the events run smoothly
• Liase between clients and suppliers or all concerned parties and ensure that service delivered by the suppliers or all concerned meet with clients’ expectations
• Participate in the business development program, such as handling Familiarization Trips, Educational Programmes for potential MICE clients or Site Inspection Trips for existing clients to generate business
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing or potential customers as well as with business partners

·       Ensure that facilities at hotels, venues and restaurants meet standards and quality required by DA Indonesia and customers

·       Provide support and assistance in bidding for new businesses
