Lowongan Warehouse Manager di PT Maitrox Mega Jaya Indonesia

Responsibility:

1- Experience in electronic product warehouse management, mobile phone spare parts management experience is preferred.

2- Through innovative workflow or other methods to ensure that KPI achieves the target, KPI includes on-time stocking, delivery, and receipt.

3- Set up team performance appraisal methods to improve employees' enthusiasm for work.

4- Communicate and deal with the problems encountered in the work process, and timely feedback to the superior.

5- Ensure that the equipment required for work is in normal condition, ensure the safety of employees' working environment, and abide by company and local rules and regulations.

Requirements:

1- College Diploma or equivalent

2- 5 years related experience

3- Self-motivated and disciplined team leader

4- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5- Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment

6- Sound organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and multi-task to ensure deadlines are met

7- Exhibit a sense of urgency and focus on results

8- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite with intermediate Excel skills

9- Able to communicate in English or Chinese (Mandarin), Chinese is prefered.
