Lowongan Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor di PT Autoliv Indonesia

A. Position Scope :

• The material control & responsible raw material control in the economical level. Deal with supplier and monitor the goods until they are delivery as committed.
• Ensure production has been planned & prioritize refer to customer demand, material availability & designated stock level 

B. Responsibilities (Project & Serial Production) :

1. Production Planning :

• Control the preparation of production plan based on project timeline (timing and qty) to match with internal customer and customer demand
• Control the order and forecast for the new project to avoid delay supply due miss capacity planning
• Control the changing (ECR)
• Interact with customer for the order and forecast data daily demand from customer and make countermeasure for any gap
• Control the Change Process (ECR, EOP etc)
• Maintain FG inventory level
• Pursue to achieve KPI as dedicated

2. Material Planning :

• Review the BOM for the new project item
• Control the procurement of new item to avoid delay production (time and qty)
• Running and Operating the material requirement planning 
• Release Order to supplier through system and email
• Communicate with supplier for the order confirmation and supply
• Control the supply to avoid any delay to production and customer and make countermeasure for any gap
• Maintain the RM inventory level

C. Requirement :

• Familiar with MRP system and Planning Tools
• Understand about the BOM (Bill of Material) of Products
• Understand about Production Planning and Capacity Planning
• Understand about Demand Planning / Sales Forecasting
• Understand about Lean Process and JIT Process
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Supply Chain or Engineering
• Good Command in English
