  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition area
  3. Ability to listen with internal department and external party to develop hiring strategies and profiles
  4. Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
  5. Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates (including BEi & CBI understanding)
  6. Experienced in people related assessment
  7. Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  8. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  9. Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
  10. Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
  11. Good communication ability, interpersonal skill and team work
  12. Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
  13. Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
  14. Good adaptability in rapid and fast changing environment
