Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, but any other field is welcomed.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Odoo implementation.
• At least 2 full cycle Odoo implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo Framework, Flow Chart & Blueprint Design.
• Strong Knowledge of Odoo Accounting Apps is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of Odoo modules and features.
• Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing Knowledge.
• Various Experience in Multi-industries business processes, Projects and modules.
• Powerful communication skills to interact with people.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Good team player but also can work on individual tasks without supervision.
• Willing to travel, comfortable to work in different time zones.
• Good English (verbal and written) skills is a great plus.
• Having good initiative and creativity.
• Required Skills(s): Odoo Functional, SQL, & Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio).

Job Description

• Gather and document their business requirements into system design documentation.
• Analyze user's needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo.
• Investigate and analyze their processes and workflows and suggest improvements if required.
• Delivering and Producing detailed design of the Odoo App.
• Implement and configure the required Odoo applications.
• Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements
• Data migration and implementation of Odoo Document all settings during the implementation process to ensure the ability of any successor/team to easily follow.
• Complete and clear documentation for any task/work done.
• Prepare test cases for testing the current Odoo system. Testing may also include Unit testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client-specific software testing.
• Coach users on how to use Odoo efficiently through an individual/training session.
• Handle user requests regarding Odoo issues.
