Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with english is a plus point
• Professional attitude, and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service attitude.
• Domiciled in Jakarta

Job Description:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Welcome visitor in a warm and friendly manner and answer any question visitors have.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation at all times.
• Receive document from external and distribute to relevant recipient.
• Prepares and maintains accurate record and documentation according to the SOP related.
• Carry out stock taking of ATK, request for ATK and masks
• Monitoring and maintenance assets (AC, APAR, Vehicles)
• Assist in the process of calling candidates for interviews
