Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drive and Supervise problem solving process with IE personal in Manufacturing for systemic analysis and effective countermeasure, both customer and internal quality related issue.
- Support an internal audits, customer audit and third party audits.
- Report to Quality Assurance Section Manager/ Quality Manager the monthly data analysis.
- Maintain and follow up the Close LOP Corrective Actions (Verify the closure of open issues prior to SOP)
- Over view control and support new model/new project/change control run by APDS(TG3 onwards).
- Lead document-activity related to PPAP requirement in quality items, timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off (Control Plan/QCPC, MSA, PIS, ISIR, Inspection Record, etc.
- Support Product Audit activity for IATF 16949 requirement
- Be actively involved in the APDS-process as a APDS project team member representing the Quality function
- General assignment required by Quality Assurance Section Manager/ Quality Manager
- Support the implementation of ISO 14001, IATF 16949 & AS330 Health & Safety Management System. Including maintaining documentation & record: Identify aspects of environmental impact, create programs to control important aspects, Communicating aspects of the environmental impact to the team members.
