Job Description:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions.
• Responsible for the implementation of HR policies and practices.
• Assist in monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reporting.
• Maintain HR system (employee's personnel data, attendance record, and leave calculation).
• Manage all compensation and benefit package (monthly salary, BPJS, etc).
• Orient, educate and train fresh employees, acquaint them with their specific responsibilities, communicate in clear terms what is expected from them, and introduce them to the institution’s vision and mission statement.
• Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff.
• Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the same position.
• Well versed in processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Labor Law.
• Familiar with e-DABU, online SIPP & working abroad employee documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversational level of English language skill.
