We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions to be stationed in our office Jakarta

LOGISTIC OPERATIONS MANAGER 

Requirements

• Minimum University degree from reputable university
• PPJK Certificate (Ahli Kepabeanan)
• Experience Min.8 years in Export and Import Process include the license and managing warehouse
• Familiar with handling Notul (Proses tax court refund works and attending the tax court;
• Good connection with Government (Handling license/quota, shipping line, transportation and logistics/warehousing company;
• Have a good Negotiation skill Excellent Communication skills
• Know how to study a system process, how to be improved key points, and how to ensure proper control, crocss checking on exercise and able to manage and reduce logistic cost;
• Knowing tires industry is a plus;
• Knowing how to handle logistics for bulk solvents is a plus
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Computer literacy, familiar and able to use Microsoft office applications

Job Description

• Monitor shipment make sure on time;
• Monitor customs clearance make sure in shortest lead time;
• Monitor warehouse activity inbound, storage, outbound make sure zero discrepancy, zero mistake, zero accident;
• Control logistics cost;
• Monitor delivery to make sure zero complaint, zero damage, zero accident, right quality, right quantity, and right time;
• Make sure import/export is compliance with government regulation ;
• Control logistic activity at bonded warehouse;
• Determine and evaluate 3PL;
• Ensure all permit for import and Logistic update;
• Liase with government department for various permit licenses (Quota, etc.).
• Work closely with other team member (Sales and Finance department) to achieve divisional target and goal setting.
