Working as a Customer Associate to support the Front Office team and Pharmacist at TOSCA Aesthetic Clinic, you will perform a variety of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of TOSCA Aesthetic Clinic. Your work responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Descriptions :

• Act as frontliner and attend to various queries and requests relating to opening/closing of accounts.    
• Assist the Front Office team in managing sale transactions with patients accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to increased sales by upselling.
•  Provide patients with relevant information on TOSCA’s treatments.
•  Project a warm and professional personality to patients on a daily basis.
•  Assist the Pharmacist in managing request orders, supplies, materials and products.
• Assist the Pharmacist in maintaining updated records of orders and supplies.
• Take charge in explaining product treatments to patients.
•  All other admin matters that need to coordinate with the Front Office Team and Pharmacist.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Communication / Social Science or other related
•  Fresh graduates or Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work fully in office (WFO)
• Willing to work overtime (if needed)
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
