We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support Technician. The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties. Work can also occasionally include installation of network and camera cabling, installing wired/wireless networks, security camera systems, phone systems, and door access systems.

Duties :

1. Resolving IT support requests from employees
2. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
3. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
4. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
5. Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
6. Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
7. Updating employees on the status of their service requests
8. Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position·        
2. Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills·        
3. Excellent communication skills·        
4. In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks·        
5. Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles·  
6. Detail oriented, enthusiasm and able to work with team·     
7. Good personality, positive attitude and hard worker·     
8. Able to speak English's·     
9. Able to join immediately
