Lowongan HR Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) di PT Prima Bersama Berkat

We are looking for Human Resource Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker), located in Cikupa Tangerang, Indonesia. Our client is a Real Estate company, we build tenant warehouses, business hotels, office buildings, and the Convention and Exhibition Centre, to further help boost our tenants' business. We provide a basket of services from cross-border shipping to local apartments for our tenants' foreign staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and related tax reporting requirements.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
• Maintain and manage staff personal files.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure sufficient stock of stationery and office supplies.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Provide administrative aid to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR management
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work, eager to make a change in the way of work and have good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
• Ability to speak Mandarin.
