• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Responsible for project planning, progress control, risk control, quality control, cost control, phase reporting and project summary
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Information System or equivalent.
• PMP certificate are preferred.
• Proven at least 10 years of working experience as Project Manager in the information technology sector (Telco Industry) is required for this position.
• Familiar with firewall, network equipment, monitoring, access control card, LED large screen, server, storage, data center, VM virtualization, IP networking and other ICT related majors ,equipment, and manufactures in the industry.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Fluency in English and Korean are preferred.
• Must have strong time and project management skills.
• Possess a deep understanding of communication skills.
• Possess a deep understanding of digital advertising as a whole is a plus.
