Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for managing and operating company accounts on TikTok, Instagram. as well as designing and implementing effective content strategies.
• Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews from customers and followers
• Creating and posting original and relevant content that aligns with the company’s branding, goals, and target audience
• Regularly analyze account data and user feedback, optimize content and strategy, and increase account growth and engagement rates.
• Plan and implement social media strategies related to marketing and brand promotion activities.

Preferred Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (Marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred)
• Min. 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry or market.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, tools, and software, such as Instagram, TikTok.
• Proficient in making and editing all kinds of content, has good creative and story narration skills.
• Familiar with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, SEO and be able to optimize strategies based on data.
• English can be used as a working language.
