This role demands technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to provide technical insights and support in project planning and execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure construction progress and quality are maintained.
• Manage and review construction drawings, and technical documents, and ensure accurate implementation according to design intent.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical queries.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality assurance processes during all construction phases.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as progress reports, site diaries, and quality records for future reference and project evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil and structural projects minimum of 3 (three) years within the construction consultancy industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, design, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, structural design, and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, Strong communication skills, Detail-oriented mindset.
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., SKA Muda or Madya) are desirable
