Job Descriptions:

• Building and maintaining a strong CRM with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Creating comprehensive and timely business contracts and proposals.
• Assisting in executing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Build idea of Product & Market research.

Requirement:

• Strong networking skills.
• Proficient in writing compelling proposals.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skill

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in structural steel building material products, steel fabrication or construction industry (Structural Steel Construction).
• Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets.
• Strong networking in structural steel or construction industry and connection with Architects / Engineers & Consultants.
• Having basic technical knowledge on steel building design. Codes and requirements.
• Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent Communication and Written Skills in English.
• Solid Presentation Skill in English.
• Analize owner estimate/COGS, Project Cost, good price will offer to clients
