The tremendous Indonesia compressed air and gas solution market which PT. Kompresindo Utama Jaya (“KUJ”) is the lead player, You as Business Development will join and assist KUJ Sales Department grow with the major goal of forming a new division/entity of KUJ which focused on Sales compressed air and gas solution. Currently, KUJ have diversified portfolio of Sales customers ranging from F&B, Mining, Power and Manufacturing. Join us and we can grow together! What Youll do

  • Present, promote and sell product/service using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Expedite the resolution of technical problem with technical team
  • Achieve sales quarter and yearly target
  • Manage KPIs and develop reports for the management
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other department
  • Analyse territory/market potential, track sales and status report
  • Support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals and long term objectives
  • Keep abreast of best practice, promotional and market trends
  • Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise of compressed air and gas solution

 Who You are

  • Sales Manager person with passion
  • Proven record sales experience (minimal 5 years)
  • Ability to prospect new potential customers and provide solid information to prospect (verbal and writing) and strong negotiation skills in dynamic market
  • Ability to develop and explore fullest potential through two ways feedback - we will be expected to grow
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional time-management skills with respect for deadlines
  • Good understanding of KPI management, budget and forecasting
  • Positive and team-centric attitude
  • Valid driver license
  • Knowledge of MS. Office
  • Preferred experience in sales and/or basic knowledge of compressed air and gas solution, power plant and Industry.
