Lowongan Junior Estate Management (Karawang) di PT Cfld Tangerang New Industry City Development

Swancity is looking for excellent talent who are willing to grow with our team in Karawang (KNIC).

Job Description:

1. Correspond with tenants regarding estate services.

2. Collect service charge & utilities charges from tenants.

3. Generate financial report of estate opex and income.

4. Supervise tenants to comply with estate regulation and related statutory.

5. Direct and monitor vendor performance on estate security and maintenance.

6. Propose annual opex of the estate.

7. Coordinate with external parties (e.g. PLN, PGN, Telkom).

8. Collaborate with related department on estate construction, development and related issues.

Qualifications:

1. Min. 1-2 years of experience in Estate Management (Industrial), preferably in well known Real Estate Company;

2. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related major;

3. Excellent English is a must (written & spoken), Indonesia, Mandarin (advantage);

4. Fast learner and able to work under pressure;

5. Willing to be placed in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
