Lowongan Influencer Recruiter Specialist di PT Media Cahaya Bintang

Responsibilities 

1. Manage communication and build good relationships with media and third-party agencies for joint collaboration in selecting - recruitment talent influence from zero to grow up.
2. Research and identify on various digital platforms to build a strong brand experience by providing appropriate talent influence services
3. Reach out and build networks with other parties in assisting marketing tasks for various product categories on social media by using Influence talent service personnel
4. Implement an engagement campaign by coordinating with KOL regarding their requirements, timeline, and work results.
5. Collaborate with other team members to initiate and implement product promotion campaigns. and work agenda for content promotion both internally and externally
6. Participate Negotiate benefit for services appropriately by ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Provide accurate time estimates for marketing campaigns and availability of influential resources
8. Create and explain a complete brief to talent workers
9. Engage in idea for marketing campaigns while acquiring and managing influence's.
10. Select, handle, arrange meetings, and remind each account executive to run product campaigns with existing talent resources 

Job Requirements: 

1. Bachelor / Master degree or above with high reputable university major marketing communicatuion or broadcasting are advantage 
2. 3 or more years of experience in pan-entertainment, entertainment livestream or Internet celebrity MCN, guild operation, have a macro vision, and have insight into KOL/influencer/MCN trends; - 
3. High level of understanding in the digital market with use influence or talent recruitment is preferred  
4. Have basic strategies to doing s elf recruitment from all resource and get good connection with qualified agency talent or other party etc.  
5. Logical, analytical and good at problem solving and framework building; Strong at negotiation and partnership  
6. Can Speak English Fluently **mandarin are advantage
