Responsibilities
Requirements
- Ensure all the legal compliance is done; starting from drafting, verification, and finalizing.
- Analyze and review company business agreements.
- Assist to provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters related to the business process to business units.
- Preparing and assisting the implementation of sale and purchasing land and buildings
- Assist in the management of permits through OSS to the relevant institutions.
- Providing legal advice, opinions, and legal assistance for work units that need to be associated with simple or routine transactions to ensure that the company's interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Make the company's GMS (RUPS), both formal and circular, share trading, commissioner approval, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in legal-related work, preferably from F&B or Retail company and proficient in handling corporate legal actions.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Business Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.
- Proven working experience with foreign investors or working in a multinational company.
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- ·Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and a good team player.
- Detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills
