Lowongan Technical Admin Staff di PT Winning Logistik Indonesia

We are looking for candidates of Technical Admin Staff who will ;

Responsibility :

1. Ensuring all Technical and Operation documents (Survey, Maitenance, Docking, Spare Parts, are properly managed
2. Update PMS data as per Technical Superintendent report
3. Manage Company Legal Documents & ISM Documents. (SMS, Ships Certificates, etc)
4. Prepare Technical & Operation reports (weekly, monthly) and submit to Technical Manager & Operation Manager as per timeline.
5. Manage Monthly report on ship budget vs actual expenses and submit/report to Technical Manager & Operation Manager.

Minimum Requirement;

1.      Bachelor degree in Maritime studies / Naval Architect / equivalent

2.      Minimum 1 years of working experience as Technical Administrator.

3.      Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4.      Fluent in English, both speaking and writing (Able to speak Mandarin is advantage).

5.      Working knowledge of Ship Management, International Convention rules, Code ISM, ISPS, and basic safety

6.      Familiar with Marine Engine

7.      Attention to detail

8.      Target oriented

9.      Strong communication, analytical & interpersonal skill.

10.  Self-driven, high energy with ability to work independently and performance-oriented.

11.  Intermediate in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power-point, Word, outlook).
