Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a shopping mall
• Possess/master knowledge and skill of networks especially office networks, computer systems and network devices such as CISCO, JUNIPER, F5, Allied Telesis
• Possess/master knowledge and skill of digital systems and equipment, especially Mall's digital/TI-related equipment such as CCTV, automatic shutter and door system, LED Signage and directory, etc
• Possess/master knowledge and skill of PABX, Fiber Optic Infrastructure, ERP/SAP, SQL Server, VPN, Server 2003/2008/2012, Mikrotik, Access Point, Firewall
• Familiar with the mall's loyalty program and digital advertising media and mobile apps management
• CCNA certification will be an advantage
• High initiative and can work independently
• Acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep deadline
• Ability to speak and write in English business
• Willing to work in Cakung area (East Jakarta)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to other Project Mall/Site
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Responsibilities :

• Understanding network infrastructure technology along with propose & deliver infrastructure solutions
• Oversee operations including storages and physical servers management
• Manage and daily monitor operations, maintenance, reliability, testing, rollout, upgrades, support and general system administration
• Recognize network related problems and ability to troubleshoot a complex network configuration
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults at Mall and Office.
• Develop and maintain applicable IT policies, procedures, SOP, design, support & training documentation for operational tasks
• Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL Jakarta Garden City & AEON MALL Japan in order to run smoothly the planned IT program implementation
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Fire Alarm PC Server, POS Tenant and Cashier on Food Court, CCTV Mall, Digital Signage (LED) and Digital Information Mall.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Customer Loyalty, PC, Software and Server
• Monitoring and troubleshooting PABX.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Create and maintaining playlist for digital signage.
• Maintaining records of all maintenance vendors related to IT, recording all software licenses, and websites.
• Create people & counting monthly reports and its analyze, including People Counting system
• Responsible for EDC, telecommunication (GSM), BGM, access card, BMS, PV Solar
• Responsible for parking system, Amano card tenat, food court
