Job Vacancy Announcement: HRGA Manager in Mining Company

We are a reputable mining company seeking a highly qualified HRGA Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in HRGA management, preferably in the mining industry.

Expertise in HR-related fields, such as Law, Psychology, or Mining-related fields.

Proficient in Excel and other data management tools.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HRGA policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HRGA matters.

Payroll, BPJS Kes, BPJS TK, Tax 21 expert

Manage employee relations and provide support for HRGA-related issues.

Develop and manage HRGA budgets, as well as monitor and report on HRGA performance metrics.

Provide leadership and guidance to HRGA staff.
