Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or with background HSE education.
  • 3 years experiences in HSE Supervisor level
  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral)
  • Good computer skill (Microsoft Office & Payroll program)
  • Prompt feedback/reporting
  • Have valid certificate Ahli K3, knowing organic, inorganic and B3 waste
  • Knowledge ISO 14001 and IATF system management
  • Good organization Skill
 Task/Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling industrial waste includes organic and inorganic waste, including Hazardous.
  • Responsible for the implementation of TS 16949, ISO14001, AS 320, AS330 Health & Safety Management System in his area of responsibility, incl. maintaining documentation & record
  • Initiate and execution of HSE program
  • Communicate and get any issues from perspectives at forums, social organizations, personalities and district authorities.
  • Keep communication with key government bodies and interacting with them to ensure complete compliance with the latest trends/processes/practices in HSE
  • Ensure, check and carry out monthly inspections regarding the feasibility and availability of PPE and work safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.
  • Routine inspection of impacts and hazards on the work carried out.
  • Organize and lead an emergency simulation every year so that when an emergency actually occurs, it can be anticipated.
  • Coordinate safe work permits / work permits that have been carried out in each work unit, especially contractors.
  • Troubleshooting, investigate, audit and provide input for anything less secure.
  • Supervise the implementation of safety patrols
