- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
- The last position must be Supervisor or Senior Staff level (minimum 3-4 years experience).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Prepare and review the draft agreements, letters, or any legal documents for daily transactions and ensure the draft of those documents is in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
- Contribute to providing constructive feedback to the trading group or traffic department to ensure all business activities are met in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure all business activities are met in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Discipline, detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Having previous exposure as Corporate Secretary will be an advantage (AGMS & EGMS, circular).
- Able to operate Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
