Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any subject (related field is advantage)
• At least 3 -5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a shopping mall
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Good communication in English both written and spoken
• Project-based oriented (concept and managing marcomms)
• Having experience in handling Mall Opening is preferable
• Excellent organizational skill and communication skills
• Having a good relationship with media partner and EO
• Able to work under pressure, act quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
• Have strong managerial skill and analytical skill
• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description:

• Managing an effective annual special event program, Corporate Social Responsibility program and other smaller events along ensure with all program run smoothly
• Create and develop promotion plan and sales promotions program in a proactive way to create strong brand awareness and work with ensuring that the desired goals and objectives achieved
• Maintain a good relation and communication with vendors (event organizers, foundations or community, for a possibility of Good Event Collaboration) for the development and production of event included Leveraged strengths in cost-effective marketing management and vendor negotiations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from A&P, Design Graphic, Public Relation, Tenant Relation to produce effective promotional material
• Supervise press release, press – conference, media monitoring and other public relation activity to enhance the image and awareness of the Mall
• Implement a Customer Loyalty program and liaise with vendor to ensure the Customer Loyalty program run smoothly and provide alternative solution if there’s problems occurred.
• Manage and documented database of customer loyalty membership & customer rewards for Eternity Privilege membership and provide report
• Maintain a pleasant working attitude, to work according to Standard Operation Procedure and also to have a good coordination with other department
• Preparing post mortem report for all events and programs, in order to achieve better services for future events
• Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly mall operation activity in order to reach customer satisfaction
