MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate and communicate project delivery and cost requirements to the key support functions or client to meet schedule shipments in a quality and cost effective manner
• Consolidate and analyse information from Project, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and the Project Schedulers to develop the overall Project Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure for the assigned Project
• Participate in Schedule Reviews within FMC to ensure that schedule requirements are being met, determine shipping dates and to update the project schedule
• Ensure that the accounting process, including revenue and cost recognition and sales order activities are compliant
• Communicate and work closely with the SPS Services Manager on deliveries and to ensure scheduled shipment arrives on time
• Communicate requirements to relevant departments and employees to keep progress on track
• Identifies rental tools availability in SAP utilizing transaction code MMBE – Stock Overview
• Inputs rental tools demands in SAP and updates demands for rental tools in SAP
• Confirms retal tools daily rates utilizing transaction code V/LD – Execute Pricing Report
• Process backload request of rental tools to logistics and keeps rental tools coordinator informed
