What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Contact potential clients telephonically to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Read the prepared script when pitching the company products and services.
• Make an appointment with potential customers to meet our Client Acquisitions.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Provide any information to the client about their needs.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• 1-2 years proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone with a professional tone.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (CMS, CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques.
• Diploma Degree or above in Communication or equivalent.
