Requirements:

• Age maximum 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English and Japanese language (will be an advantage)
• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in Building Management or Operation in a Shopping Mall
• Able to review and analyze the MEP drawing of tenants and malls as well
• Willing to work under pressure with tight deadlines, work with high speed & high accuracy level.
• Mature, pleasant personality, analytical, good communication, hard-working, independent & able to fulfill the target with less supervision.
• Can build good relationships with tenants and business partners and can educate the subordinates and evaluate them
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend/public holiday
• Will be placed in the Sentul City area
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Descriptions:

• Review and monitor mall facilities situation and create necessary improvement plan (estimation cost, additional development, building maintenance, and prevention due to building safety issues)
• Advice, assist and ensure work progress complied with the superior direction and the mall's standard
• Ensure all quality control procedures are executed in every mall's work projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Creating reports on a daily basis of mall operational conditions in terms of Facility Management
• Conduct incident/accident investigations and report recommended actions to management (in the case of such case happened)
• Organize coordination of every improvement project both to internal and external parties
