  2. Have knowledge of Mikrotik/Fortinet setup
  3. Proficient in Networking, Hardware, and Software troubleshooting -Windows & Ubuntu OS (Linux)
  4. Have high work motivation, energetic, and creative
  5. Responsible for work
  6. Able to work individually / team (without supervision)
  7. Preferably able to communicate in English both orally and in writing
  8. Preferably have work experience in IT Support & Networking (min. 1 year)
