Job Descriptions:

• Proactively seek prospective tenants to market available units
• Proactively market available units using marketing and sales strategies necessary to achieve targets.
• Communicate, assist and follow up prospective tenants who visit and provide clear and sufficient information related to the units, processes and other related matters.
• Communicating and preparing (if required), necessary documents related to unit rental to prospective tenants.
• Respond/escalate to relevant departments inquiries or complaints from tenants, and maintain good relations with prospective tenants and tenants.
• Coordinate with other departments to provide the best service for prospective tenants and tenants.
• Handle and follow up lease renewals from tenants
• Create and present reports required/requested to superiors.

Qualification:

• Bachelor (S1) majoring in Marketing, Management, or equivalent;
• Preferable have at least 2 year experience as Office Building Marketing Inhouse/office leasing
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and negotiation;
• Able of working individually or as a part of a team;
• Capable of working with deadlines and have self-motivation;
• Maintain accountability, honest, and transparent working results;
• Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
• Proficient in English
