Lowongan Purchasing Officer (Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin) di PT Yumeida Utama

Descriptions:

1. Responsible for overseas procurement and import of goods and raw materials (communicate with suppliers for the availability and specifications of goods).
2. Make monthly reports for purchases and Outstanding PO, to become material information for management in decision making.  
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that the purchase orders have been delivered on schedule for shipments
4. Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders and ensure on time receipt of overseas shipments and goods to warehouse and factory.
5. Optimize supply chain by communicating with the warehouse for deliveries.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree of any major, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin).
3. Basic understanding of the types of goods to be purchased.
4. Highly prefer candidates who have prior experience in the same position (minimum 1-2 years in the position
5. Strict attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Looking for candidates who able to work proactively and independently
7. Proficient In Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
8. Prefer STBA PIA Graduates or equivalent
